一, 報名辦法

  1. 註冊日期:自2020年3月1日起  (入學年齡:須於8/1/2020前滿五至十一)。
  2. 入學考試:注音班以上新生均需通過考試(Please call office for exam date) 或依成績錄取。
  3. 註冊程序:備妥出生證明或護照影印本,填寫報名表及責任免除、影像授權書和支票於註冊組辦理。
  4. 制服:所有學生到校上課必須穿制服,深藍色長褲及布鞋。
  5. 制服可以在註冊時或學校第一天購買。

二, 費用明細

  1. 全學年費用:新生$560= 含學費$460+才藝課費$70+新生註冊費$30,** 新生如果在2020年4月30日前完成註冊,免收30美元的註冊費。
  2. 舊生$530 = 含學費$460+才藝課費$70。** 舊生如果在2020年3月31日後完成註冊,視同新生,加收30美元的註冊費。
  3. 家中第二位子女學費減免$30。
  4. 慈濟基金會員工或委員每位子女學費減免$30
  5. 支票抬頭:Tzu Chi Academy
  6. 支票備註欄請填寫學生中、英文姓名及報名年級。
  7. 支票退票者罰款$50。

三, 退費/休學須知<

  1. 已註冊學生申請退費時,註冊之報名費恕不退回;欲辦理退費/休學請洽註冊組,並填退費申請單。
  2. 學校若因班級人數不足無法開班時,校方退還所有費用,不扣除手續費。

退費辦法:在上學期開學日前申請退費之本校學生,須扣手續費$20,其餘學費全額退還。自學期開學日至第四次上課日前申請者,扣除學費之百分之二十五。自第四次上課後至下學期開學前,退還學費的百分之五十,下學期開學日後,照校方規定恕不退費。詳情請與本校祕書室聯絡

 

The Registration:

Registration Date:March 1, 2020.  Admission age:Must be 5 to 11 years old before 8/1/2020.
Entrance Examination:  All freshmen are required to take an exam (Please call office for exam date) or by grade.
Registration process:prepare a birth certificate or passport photo copy, fill out the registration form and liability exemption, imaging authorization and checks in the registration group.
Uniforms:All students must wear uniforms, dark blue trousers and cloth shoes. Uniforms can be purchased at the time of registration or on the first day of school.
 

2019-2020 Academic Year Tuition Fees:

  1. Fees fornew students: $ 560 = Tuition fee $ 460 + Talents fee $ 70 + Registration fee $ 30, ** $ 30 registration fee will be waived if registration is completed by April 30, 2020.
  2. Fees for current students: $ 530 = Tuition $ 460 + Talents $ 70. ** Older students who register after March 31, 2020 will be treated as new students and will be charged a $ 30 registration fee.
  3. Sibling Discounts $30 per one sibling.  Commissioners of Tzu Chi USA Discounts $30 per family.
  4. Check payable to: Tzu Chi Academy
  5. Please put students' English names/student No/class to the check.
  6. A $30 charge for insufficient fund check return.

Refund Policy:

Please be aware the registration fee is non-refundable except insufficient students to open a class. 
For refund processing, please contact the registration administrator to fill in the refund request.
If classes cannot be open due to insufficient registrant students, the school will refund full amount fees including registration fee.
If a withdrawal request is submitted before the first day of school, tuition fee can be refunded after $30 processing fee deduction.  If a withdrawal is submitted after school started but before the 4th class, tuition can be refunded after $25 deduction.  If a withdrawal is submitted after the 4th class and before the first day of 2nd semester, tuition can be refunded after 50% deduction.  No tuition will be refunded after the start of 2nd semester.  For more detail information, please contact school administrators.
